Cancellation Policy & Insurance Protection

Flexible cancellation
You can cancel your lesson up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or a free reschedule.

Accident insurance
Participants are required to have valid accident insurance. Protection insurance can be purchased through SkiCare.ch (CHF 5.- per person per day) together with the ski pass to participate in the ski lesson.

Severe weather and lift closures
If all lifts are completely closed due to storm winds or severe weather, we will try to reschedule your session or issue a full refund. If the international border link is closed due to wind but lifts are running on one side, your lesson/guiding will still go ahead in the open area in Zermatt.
